Cancellation Policy
Please note that PayPal fees (6%) or bank transfer fees are non refundable.
Cancellation within 48 hours
If you cancel 48 hours or less prior to the agreed upon date, your payment or deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation within 7 days
If you cancel 7 days or less prior to the agreed upon date, your payment or deposit is 50% refundable.
Cancellation prior to 7 days
If you cancel prior to 7 days to the agreed upon date, your payment or deposit is fully refundable minus the the service fees. (PayPal fee is 6%).
Cancellation by Scuba Craft Cozumel
If the Cozumel Harbour master or Scuba Craft Cozumel decides it is not safe to go out due to weather we will provide the option of a full refund or credit your payment or deposit to a future date.
Payment Policy

All prices are in US dollars. The Mexican Peso to US dollar exchange rate will be provided on the date of the payment.

We accept all payments through PayPal with a 6% service fee.

Balance of the payment is due upon arrival in Cash.

Taxes are already included in the provided prices.
Scuba diving Policy

Rules of the Marine Park of Cozumel, as specified by your divemaster, must be strictly followed. Failure to follow these rules may lead to revoking your diving privileges without a refund.

All forms specified during the reservation process must be filled and completed prior to the start of any in water activity.

All certified divers must provide a copy of their certification card prior to the start of any in water activity.
