The Open Water Diver course is the first level of PADI certification. The only prerequisite for this course is to be at least 10 years old.

The course is divided in to 4 different sections: Book work, confined water, water skills, and open water dives. The course can be completed in 3 days if need be, however, it is recommended we complete it in 4 days.

Advanced Open Water

$350

The Advanced Open Water course is the second level of PADI certifications. The requirement for this course is to be Open Water certified and to be at least 10 years old.

The Advanced Open Water course has very little book work involved it is mostly just diving. The course breaks down into 5 different "Adventure Dives".

Each Adventure Dive specializes in a different subject. We have 2 subjects that we must cover in the course which are: Navigation dives and Deep dives.

You and your instructor will chose the remainder of the adventure dives once you meet.

Eriched Air Nitrox

$200

Enriched air nitrox is a mix of gases with a higher percentage of oxygen than air. There are many benefits of using nitrox: if used properly it is safer than diving with air, it extends your decompression limit, and (although it is not proven) you will feel less tired after diving with nitrox.

Cozumel is the perfect place for using enriched air nitrox as most dives are between 60-70 feet. This means that chances are your air will last long enough for you to get close to the decompression limit. Nitrox will extend that decompression limit.
